Maintenance Calls

With a thorough 36 Point Inspection, our service technician will evaluate refrigerant functions, air flow efficiency, electrical controls and thermostat functions, & filtration. Each visit also includes cleaning of the condenser coil and evaporator coil as needed, in addition to cleaning for the indoor and outdoor unit controls. Pleated One Inch Filter Changes are also performed on each visit. The Cooling Inspection which occurs from March through September evaluates the system’s condensation functions while the Heating Inspection which occurs from October through March appraises the heating elements so that you are ready for the approaching season. An Annual Inspection which can be scheduled any time the outdoor temperature is above 55 degrees is designed to evaluate both the cooling and heating features of your system.
